		<description>Lol this was a netdeck -4 fire//ice for remands, mystical teachings and something else that I can't remember why I changed it. Reason was because I don't have the cards. The mystical teachings is REALLY good in this deck though and the idea's simple counter, draw go, counter or draw, draw, go, then get lock, that's the only way to win and in hindsight I should of gone with the exalted angel/eternal dragon build as that's actually more interesting than draw go</description>

I don't know about Scepter Chant, it has a nice lock, but otherwise seems too fragmented.
I'd play goblins in extended ;). Or a TEPS variant. Or Mono-Red.
Not really qualified to comment on the format, but yeah, deck appears to lack cohesion (at a glance): what are you trying to do, how are you going to do it? And if you're not asking questions, do you have ALL the answers?
