NB: if I could get more Fire-Lit Thicket, Grove of the Burnwillows and Reflecting Pool I would totally want to run Groundbreaker: he’s ground breaking.

Just my thoughts, I would run:
4 Augur of Skulls
4 Funeral Charm
4 Stupor
1 Thoughtseize
2 Pulling Teeth
(15 discards)
4 Damnation
4 Terror
(8 Removal)
4 Dream Salvage
(4 draw)
4 The Rack
(Win)
2 Mirri the Cursed
3 Nihilith
1 Tombstalker
(6 non-skull creatures. With discard and removal, you shouldn’t need things to slow them down so ironfoot maybe wrong, mirri is good in that it’s 4 for a 3 hastey flier, so you can get beats on faster)
1 Grim Harvest
(so you can get back skulls and mirri, it’s good in that it’s reusable, and grim harvest to a mirri not too bad although profane command could fill this slot)
1 Extirpate
(got to be something good to extirpate after all that discard, too bad this isn’t a rogue deck that’ll discard, jester’s cap on a stick and extirpate)
2 Scrying Sheets
4 Desert
15 Snow-Covered Swamp
(all you’ll be hitting is snow swamps, you don’t want more than 1 in you opening hand ever, and it’ll work well without 4 anyways)
